A custom dress design is available only when the Custom Design option is selected and added to your order.

After purchasing the Custom Design option, please send clear photos of:

• The bride’s wedding dress
• The bridesmaid dresses
• The flower girl dress, if you would like it included
• Any important details, such as dress color, neckline, sleeves, length, or embellishments

Photos may be sent through Etsy Messages after your order is placed. Please provide clear, well-lit images that show the full style of each dress.

We will create an illustrated design inspired by your wedding attire and make it as close as reasonably possible to the style, color, and details shown in your reference photos. The artwork will be a custom illustration and will not be an exact photographic replica of the dresses.

The standard listing design does not include changes to the dress styles. Custom dress recreation, additional dresses, major layout changes, or new artwork requires the Custom Design option.

A proof will be provided for approval before printing. Please review the dress styles, colors, wording, names, and dates carefully. Once the proof has been approved and production has begun, additional design changes may require an extra fee.

✨ PROOF AND APPROVAL

A digital proof will be sent through Etsy Messages before your sign is printed. Please review the proof carefully for spelling, names, dates, colors, and overall layout.

Production will begin after approval. Delayed approval may affect the estimated completion and delivery dates.

Minor adjustments to the personalized details are included. Requests that change the original design, dress styles, colors, layout, or artwork may require a custom-design fee.

Each sign is personalized and made to order. Please review the current processing time and estimated delivery window shown on the listing before purchasing.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed event dates. Rush production and upgraded shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the shop before ordering when working with a short deadline.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside the seller’s control.

Colors may appear slightly different in person because computer screens, mobile devices, printing materials, and lighting display colors differently. Clear and frosted acrylic can also change in appearance depending on the background and lighting used at the venue.

Cancellations are not accepted once design work has begun, a proof has been approved, or the order has entered production. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Spelling or date errors approved in the proof
• Choosing the wrong size or material
• Minor color differences between screens and printed products
• Carrier delays or delivery delays outside the seller’s control
• Changes requested after approval or production
